Using Tips:

For cool relief: Chill in the refrigerator for an hour or put in the freezer for ten to fifteen minutes. Take out and gently place the mask over tired, strained eyes to relieve puffiness and swelling. Or place over hot spots to relieve overheated skin. Provides soothing relief after a hard, stressful day.

For warm relief: Soak in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes or heat in a microwave at a medium setting for no longer than 10 seconds to desired temperature. Take out and wear mask to provide warmth to cold-exposed skin. Also provides temporary relief from sinus congestion caused by colds or allergies.
